A little bit about me...

Brian, the Pain Relief Guy at your service!My name is Brian, I'm known by many as the Pain Relief Guy.

My parents spent their lives in constant pain. As the eldest son, It was my responsibility to rub Mom's and Dad's aches and pains away daily. I'd use my hands, my elbows, toys, kitchen utensils and even walk on their backs.

I'd recruit my younger brothers too. I'd do anything I could think of to make it possible for Mom and Dad to get out of bed in the morning and toil away on their feet for 12 hours a day.

The best people to learn about pain relief from are the people who have lived with daily pain!

As a teen, doctors put a metal rod in my back to correct the curve of my spine. Thanks to the surgery I physically grew from 6'1 to almost 6'4 in just 13 hours. The curve was better but the pain was relentless. I had to learn how to to deal with and relieve the daily back pain!

As the years went on, I continued to research ways to treat pain and provide quick relief.

I've spent years working with clients one-on-one to eliminate their neck pain, lower back pain and most common body aches. I studied energy work (chakras, tantra, polarity therapy, auras). I've studied Reiki, Esalen, aromatherapy and Hawaiian massage (LomiLomi).

I even attended and completed more than 800 hours of massage school to learn specific massage techniques like Swedish, Sports Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Tui Na, and Prenatal massage and to study physiology, anatomy and pathology.

I've worked full-time as a massage practitioner and energy worker. I started and ran a successful massage business for 3 years.

I've since sold the business and retired from the massage giving business.

I now write books and information resources, present at conferences and give workshops on living with passion and marketing strategies for small business service providers. I also create articles and online reviews of pain relief products, offer personal pain relief recommendations and research the best ways to live life with minimal pain.

And when there is no one around to give a massage, it's wise to have other ways to soothe you neck and back pain to make those sore feet or sore hand fee better and to try get a good night's sleep!
